I've been building software since age 10, and my career has lived at the intersection of data, engineering and leadership. As CTO of a leading hedge fund I redefined the role of technology in the business — establishing a data & analytics function and an in-house engineering team for its most sensitive use cases.
Before that I scaled the Data Science team at Klarna from ten to fifty, and built analytics and engineering teams from inception across fintech and banking. I hold degrees in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and an MBA.
I speak and write about technology leadership and AI — my goal is always to explain complex concepts simply, and to inspire action. Away from work I'm an avid reader and traveller.
